La famiglia rappresenta un agente educativo, accanto a scuola, attività extrascuola e società tutta. Svolgendo tale ruolo la famiglia diviene nodo centrale anche dell'educazione al benessere, dell'educazione al movimento, dell'educazione alla salute. Le regole e la disciplina che il corpo in movimento rende visibili oltre che condivise e introiettate portano l'individuo a rispettare regole di condotta civica e morale, in altre parole alla legalità.

The family represents an educational agent, alongside school, extracurricular activities and the whole society. By fulfilling this role, the family also becomes the central node of wellness education, movement education, health education. The rules and discipline that the moving body makes visible as well as shared and introjected lead the individual to respect rules of civic and moral conduct, in other words to legality.
