Abstract

The consolidation of an ideology without ideology, within the intellectual and moral direction of European governance, does not mean living in a post-ideological horizon and even fewer have re-pronounced ideological analysis. The ideological processes have been changing radically in recent decades: do not manifest themselves more as central to what we think we do (dis-intellectualization of hegemony), but in what we do thinking (in our subjective disposition in the division of knowledge, communication and work, in the relations of production). In fact, the discursive processes of European governance are becoming more technopolitical the extent that shift the ideological focus to the ways and methods of a particular policy-making process, which will necessarily and seemingly configure less tax than before
