The aim of this issue is to explore how the logic and narrative structures of seriality are increasingly present in contemporary political communication and in the storytelling of parties and institutions, influencing strategies, languages and communicative practices. The aim of this issue is to explore the experiences of science fiction narratives in every media branch (literature, cinema, TV series, comics, video games, etc.) at a historical moment in which the science fiction horizon appears increasingly closer to that of events of the present.
