The conflict in the Italian university system. Interview with Prof. Francesco Coniglione on the conflict in the Italian university system: old cooption, new selection systems with evaluation criteria for researchers’ recruitment. The Interview of Prof. Coniglione still demonstrates deficiencies in new automatic evaluation criteria and in current selection procedures for young researchers, which put at risk the transparency of these procedures
