Abstract

The questions of the subject, of law and justice, as is known, engage the path of thought of the last Ricoeur. In this my contribution I compare critically the ethical-political and juridical reflection of Ricoeur with two other protagonists of contemporary philosophical thought: Hannah Arendt and John Rawls.
