Il legato dell'"instrumentum" nel pensiero di Nerazio

Abstract

This essay focuses on Neratius' point of view on the juridical elaboration concerning the legatum of instrumentum. In more specific terms, it starts by analyzing the places where the legatum of fundus instructus and of fundus cum instrumento are dealt with to compare the importance of the first one to the second one. Moreover, the object of the legatum of domus instructa and the connection with the notion of supellex are stressed. Finally, the essay concludes by describing Neratius' idea on the legatum of the instrumentum tabernae.
