Abstract

The article focuses on some recent examples of incorrect and not scientific uses of disegni of Herculaneum papyri. The disegni are a very important support in the reconstruction of fragmentary Herculanean papyri, provided that we don’t overrate their palaeographic evidence and don’t modify their text.
