Abstract

Through the diaries, published and unpublished, compiled by Giovanni Lorenzoni during his travels in Albania between 1929 and 1941 and through the unpublished materials of the Historical Archives of the Accademia dei Lincei, we present the figure of a scholar, not as usual as an agricultural economist, but from the less known point of view as "rural sociologist" and traveler. Here also publish the unpublished diary of the Lorenzoni's trip in Kosovo in 1941.
