Abstract

Now, after 18 issues and over four years of publication, the $\mathcal {SPM}$ Bulletin can be considered a successful endeavor. Following an invitation of Professor Cosimo Guido, we give a brief report on the birth, development, and aims of this bulletin, as well as some interesting statistical information.
