New developments about the symmetries properties and their actions on special solutions allowed by certain field theoretical models on the non commutative plane are reported. In particular we are looking for Galilei invariant models.The analysis indicates that this requirement strongly restricts the admissible interactions. Moreover, looking for the transformed vortex-like solutions by the Galilei boosts, a geometrical phase emerges.Downloads
