Some properties of completion classes for normed spaces

Some properties of completion classes for normed spaces are investigated, giving a topological result similar to a theorem of V.L. Klee [13], Anderson [3], Bessaga [4].An example of a metric space that lacks the fixed point property for the class of maps having the uniqueness property [1], is also given.In §2 normed space completion is found by compact contractions.Downloads
