The essay aims to reconstruct the evolution of the way in which Leonardo da Vinci understood and represented the human body: from the more quantitative and attentive approach to the anatomy of his first paintings to the more qualitative and "spiritual" one of his more mature works.

Il saggio mira a ricostruire l'evoluzione del modo in cui Leonardo da Vinci intese e rappresentò il corpo umano: dall'approccio più quantitativo e attento all'anatomia dei primi dipinti a quello più qualitativo e "spirituale" dei lavori più maturi.
