Is ethically important for our society and for the Church the problem about the full rehabilitation of a person who commit a crime? Having look at the data about the prisons and the widespread insecurity of our society we can answer at the question that just the healing strengh of mercy could become a formative style for the moral conscience for a person who commited a crime. This theological looming, which requires to help and lead the full recovery of person, needs a more at the social and policy level.

È eticamente rilevante per la nostra società e per la Chiesa la questione del recupero integrale della persona che delinque? Guardando i dati sulle carceri e l'insicurezza endemica della nostra società si profila come la forza sanante della misericordia possa diventare uno stile formativo per la coscienza morale di chi delinque. Questa prospettiva teologica del farsi carico del recupero integrale della persona, esige una più cosciente corresponsabilità politica e sociale.
