Abstract

The PH workshop promoted by DiSpol-Unica was born in 2016 to introduce the students to the study, the analysis and the discovery of the historical - cultural richness of the communities and territories, by dipping into their great tangible and intangible heritage. The lab has two main objectives: one is to promote and give value to the own local historical memory, that is part of the big History; the other is to introduce the students to the role of the Public Historian, a professional able to produce, save and spread history within the territory and the social fabric by leveraging the conventional historical sources, oral sources, photography, movies, digital tools.
